with holes of ‘bolt-hole’ quality.

Applications

Thermally-cut steel products are frequently used in commercial and industrial building, skeleton frameworks, machine fabrication, shipbuilding, ship repair and the offshore industry.

Manufacture

Tolerances

Products meet the dimensional tolerances included in NEN-EN-ISO 9013, tolerance class 2.

Inspection certificates

All products can be supplied with inspection certificates from Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas and the American Bureau of Shipping. READ MORE

Extra’s

We are happy to offer you the following extras if required.

Non-destructively examined (NDT) material.
If you want the material from which we cut your products to be checked for the absence of cracks and layering (doubles) by means of NDT, these are the possibilities:
- The grade of steel you require is in stock and has already been examined by the supplier. The results of the examination have been recorded in a document provided by the supplier which accompanies this material. The material is marked in our stock administration as being linked to the certificate.
- The steel grade you require is in stock but has not been previously examined. In such a case, the examination will be carried out on our behalf by a specialised and certified company. The report of this examination will be supplied with your products.

Shot blasting and Coating
We can deliver your products shot blasted and coated according to the required specifications. READ MORE
Machining
If you wish, we can take care of the machining of your products in accordance with your specifications. Quality control is done either by ourselves or by the company that carries out the machining. You will receive a copy of the inspection report on request.
Remarking
We are authorised to transfer markings at our location on products that are supplied with an inspection report 3.1 or 3.2 in accordance with EN 10204:2004. See Verification Statement. Re-marking can either be carried out by ourselves or by a third party designated by you, boht at our location.
Products with CE marking
If required, products can be delivered with a Declaration Of Performance (D.O.P., based on NEN-EN 1090-1 + A1) applicable to cut steel that will be processed into construction products based on the customer specification in accordance with CPR 305/2011 and indicated and specified as such by the customer (PPCS). See certification according to NEN-EN 1090-1 of our FPC (Factory Production Control) system.
